At Pinkbag.store, we take immense pride in the quality and aesthetic of our premium paper bags and gift packaging. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@Pinkbag.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, please mail your product to: 1200 Av. de la Montagne O, Québec, QC, Canada.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please email us immediately at support@Pinkbag.store with clear photographic evidence of the damage.
